| Some youth delegates meeting with USFWS director Dan Ashe |
As you can see in the site description, the contributors of this site are the US Fish and Wildlife Service and National Wildlife Refuge system Youth Delegates from the Conserving the Future Conference in Madison, Wisconsin this past July.
We are a group of young professionals, University and High School students who are all driven by our love of the outdoors and conservation of our wildlife and open spaces.
The articles we post are for the purpose of showing other students and young professionals that we are working for the purpose of conservation and environmental awareness and that, most importantly, we are having a great time doing it, mostly because the amazing people in our fields that we get to collaborate with. This site is mainly to inspire youth to get outdoors and get involved with the conservation effort in their area, as well as showing them how. After all, the conservation movement could most assuredly use the help!
